1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elite Racing Studio (the "Site") and purchasing any digital products (the "Mods"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Goods

All products sold on this Site are digital assets for use in Assetto Corsa. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mods for personal, non-commercial simracing activities.

3. No-Refund Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason once the digital download has been initiated or the license key has been issued.

Please ensure that your hardware meets the requirements and that you have the necessary base software (Assetto Corsa and Content Manager) before making a purchase.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through PayPal, your bank, or credit card issuer without prior contact with our support team will be considered a breach of these Terms.

Consequences: In the event of a chargeback, your account will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from Elite Racing Studio. You will lose access to all current, past, and future purchases, and your details may be blacklisted across partner modding communities.

5. Intellectual Property

All Mods are the intellectual property of Elite Racing Studio. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering of our 3D models, textures, or physics data is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any third-party software updates (e.g., Assetto Corsa or CSP updates) that may affect the functionality of our Mods.
